SCOTUS is broken, Pass the Judiciary Act Now

After already violating all precedent by overturning the eviction ban via the shadow docket, the Supreme Court has allowed the blatantly unconstitutional Texas abortion law to stand using the same shadow docket. The court has lost all semblance of credibility as branch of government and is now no more than an unelected conservative superlegislature. You must act immediately to restore balance and legitimacy to the Supreme Court by passing the Judiciary Act and adding four seats to the bench.
