On March 2, 2025, Israel halted all aid deliveries to Gaza after Hamas rejected a ceasefire proposal that failed to guarantee a full Israeli withdrawal and permanent peace. In retaliation, Israel imposed a blockade, plunging Gaza deeper into an already catastrophic humanitarian crisis.
