Thank you POTUS for calling for a humanitarian pause in Gaza.

I’m writing to thank President Biden for calling for a humanitarian “pause” in the Israel-Hamas war. I also want to thank him for saying he will veto any aid package that doesn’t contain humanitarian assistance for the people of Gaza. I support this. A humanitarian pause would ensure that Gazan civilians can access that desperately needed humanitarian aid, allow time for the hostages to be returned to their families, and hopefully avert regional escalation. It will also give diplomats time to try to negotiate a viable future. Thank you again for calling for it.
