Investigate Musk's conflicts of interests; make judicial and criminal referrals
Please investigate conflicts of interest between Musk's Starlink company and Musk's activity as an employee of the illegitimate government agency DOGE. I ask you to urge the US Department Of Transportation 's Office of Inspector General (OIG) to look into whether the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) violated federal conflict of interest laws in its dealings with Elon Musk 's satellite communications company, Starlink. It is reported that Musk has installed Starlink in the White House; it has also been repeated that the FAA will use Starlink. Starlink in the White House? This is obviously a national security threat. More disruption to the FAA after a sudden epidemic of air traffic accidents linked to Trump's firings and disruption? NO thanks. Musk's active engagement in pressuring the government to consider using Starlink's services requires an in-depth investigation. I have written to you before about the acute danger Musk's DOGE poses to our federal agencies and democracy itself. No doubt you are also aware of the court decisions against so-called DOGE's dismantlings of federal agencies and firings of federal employees; I hope you are concerned about the danger to our data. Perhaps you are also aware of the way Trump and Musk's destruction of federal agencies correlates with conflicts of interest between Trump's businesses and various Musk enterprises? A watchdog agency explains "Federal employees, including special government employees like Musk, are prohibited from participating in government business transactions where they have a financial interest." Any possible government contracts with Space X, Starlink, and Tesla need investigation. Please investigate and make appropriate judicial and criminal referrals.
