Reject RFK Jr. & Dr. Oz for Secretary of HHS and Medicare Overseer

I am writing to urge you to not confirm either RFK Jr. as Secretary of Health and Human Services or Dr. Oz as overseer of Medicare. While many Americans are rightfully interested in improved public health guidances and optimized healthcare, it is pertinent that the United States remain firmly on the side of scientific and clinical evidence. RFK Jr. and Dr. Oz, for some, provide new and hopeful promises to “improve” and “reform”, but time and time again have stood against scientific consensus. They have both spread conspiracy and misinformation within public health. The greater scientific and medical communities are firmly against this kind of harmful rhetoric and ideology and are very concerned about the impacts of their potential changes. I ask that you consider scientific integrity above all else when it comes to these appointments.
