Don't normalise Elon Musk or incipient oligarchy

In case you didn't know it, Elon Musk is not an elected official and does not represent the people you should serve. I'm disgusted to hear that senators such as Collins met with him individually. Do you want to normalise the capture of our democracy by super-rich oligarchs? Because that's what you did if you meet him and normalise his role. If you don't have time to read about what the founding fathers said about extreme wealth inequality corrupting democracy then ask one of your staffers. Don't normalise Trump's attempt to destroy our democracy by normalising his henchmen and assaults on norms. Put your oath to the constitution first
