Senator, your compliance with illegal and unconstitutional measures from the Trump regime is an abject moral disgrace: a betrayal of your oath of office and your duty to constituents.

It's shocking that a person who swore an oath to the constitution and is chair of appropriations did not call out the unconstitutionality of impounding and blocking congressionally allocated spending.
