I’m writing to voice my adamant opposition to H.Res. 1323. I urge your immediate attention to oppose this legislation, which seeks to reject the United Nations decision to place the Israel Defense Force on a list of child’s rights abusers. The targeting and killing of Palestinian children by Israeli snipers constitute war crimes. Children represent over 37% of civilian deaths in Gaza, with more than 15,800 killed in 280 days. Reports from Jewish American doctor Mark Perlmutter and other medical professionals reveal deliberate targeting of children. These atrocities, confirmed by eyewitnesses, medical data, and Human Rights Watch, require urgent action.
