Evacuation routes have been targeted, hospitals and shelters bombed, and civilians attempting to flee to safety have been shot at by snipers. Nowhere seems safe in Gaza. This is utterly unacceptable and a blatant violation of international humanitarian law. The protection of civilians must be the utmost priority.
