DON’T END THE LAME DUCK WITHOUT RECONFIRMING THE NLRB CHAIR

The current majority on the National Labor Relations Board has served working people well, making it easier for workers to organize and harder for big corporations to seek retribution against them for doing so. They need to be able to continue this important work. Current Chair Lauren McFerran’s term is set to expire December 16th. She has been awaiting reconfirmation for months. Please do not allow the lame duck session to end without bringing her nomination to the floor, and please cast your vote for her to serve for another five years.
