Demand a budget with guarantees in place for Medicare and Medicaid and other safety nets; insist that any CR must maintain existing congressional spending commitments; insist on NO free rein for Musk. No CR unless Musk is out. Accept only short term funding bills so that Trump will have to come back and you can force compliance. This is one of the only ways to put the brakes on this evil destructive lawless coup. No more unanimous consent either! Use the tools and power you have now.
