The survivors of Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse have waited decades for justice. Every redaction, every hidden name, and every delay is not just ink on a page—it is a wound reopened, a reminder that the powerful still protect themselves while the victims suffer in silence.
The Guardian has now revealed a disturbing page from Epstein’s 2003 “birthday book”: a sexually explicit drawing with a letter signed “Donald” beneath the figure’s waist, wishing Epstein “another wonderful secret.” It was part of an album that also featured notes from Bill Clinton, Alan Dershowitz, Leslie Wexner, Vera Wang, and others—an artifact that underscores just how deep Epstein’s ties ran among the powerful. President Trump now denies the note’s authenticity, though handwriting experts and even his own family recognize the signature as his.
This is precisely why Congress must pass the Massie–Khanna petition, which would force the release of nearly all Epstein-related files, with only the narrowest redactions permitted to protect survivors’ privacy and active prosecutions. This bipartisan effort is the only clear path to full transparency. Yet it still needs more votes to pass.
Partial disclosures only shield predators and enablers, while survivors are denied the truth they need for healing. Protecting reputations of the powerful cannot come before justice for the victims. Transparency is not optional—it is the only way to end decades of cover-ups and restore faith that our government stands with survivors, not their abusers.
