15,000+ Palestinians killed. Permanent ceasefire NOW

86 so far! Let’s get to 100 signers!

You were elected by your constituents to listen to the voices of the American people. Two thirds of the American people want a ceasefire and de-escalation of violence in Gaza. Over 15,000 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces while homes, schools, and hospitals have been utterly destroyed. They have minimal access to water, food, and electricity which is controlled by the Israeli government. The risk for disease and starvation has been steadily increasing. By funding the Israeli military through US tax dollars, you are complicit in these acts of violence. We, the people, demand a permanent ceasefire to ensure restoration and everlasting peace. We are paying attention to elected officials who call for a ceasefire. This will have a huge impact on the 2024 election. I would also like to echo the words of Biden administration staffers: “With the expiration of the temporary ceasefire in the Gaza Strip this past week, we are horrified to see the full resumption of indiscriminate killing, displacement, and bombardment of Gazan civilians by the Israeli Government. A temporary pause to this violence was never enough. We must move with urgency to save as many lives as possible and achieve a permanent ceasefire agreement. As such, we once again call on President Biden to support an immediate ceasefire of Israel's aggression against Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank, and the release of all hostages. The lives of millions of people hang in the balance: in Gaza, the West Bank, Israel, and across the region.”
